I just started the eLearn security training at INE. Has anyone
else used it? I'm still in the early stages (just working my way through the programming modules). There seems to be a big difference between the course content and the exercises. The C++ portion so far covers the basic concepts of C++ (and I mean basic), then we do an exercise to create a hidden keylogger. If your plan is to test what you've learned, it's ridiculous to jump into such a complexity leap. Do you really expect anyone to be able to do this without reading the solution first? I tried to get it to work locally, but setting up the networking part in C++ was a pain for me. I'm sure they're aware of this, but is it worth it to give it a go and work through the solution while not getting totally discouraged?
