Are you a visionary leader ready to shape the future of technology? We are looking for a CTO and Co-Founder who shares our passion for innovation and ethical leadership. As CTO, you will lead our technology strategy, build a world-class engineering team, and develop groundbreaking solutions that make a real difference.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap to develop innovative AI-powered productivity tools.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ethical leadership.
• Oversee the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems and infrastructure.
• Partner with the CEO and other stakeholders to shape product vision, goals, and milestones.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our technology stack, driving continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge technologies into our products where appropriate.
• Champion our core values, cultivating a culture of transparency, integrity, and respect for all team members.
Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in backend and/or full-stack development.
• Proven track record in a leadership role, ideally as a CTO or similar position in a startup or fast-growing tech company.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, and modern development frameworks.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• A commitment to ethical leadership and a passion for creating a positive, people-first work environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and make impactful decisions.
