What we Built and Why
In IT operations, when a new user joins a team in a fast-paced industry, there often isn’t enough time for a thorough onboarding process. The constantly changing client requirements and evolving technologies make it challenging for new users to know how to proceed correctly, leading to missed SLAs or improperly executed processes.
That’s why we developed a solution to help streamline the learning curve for operations staff while handling basic or repetitive tasks, making the process smoother and more efficient.

Our Journey
We leveraged Nylas' set of APIs to streamline the management of these requirements, as they often come via email. This allows us to easily read incoming emails and respond immediately with our RAG model. If the requirement is a simple or repetitive task, we automate the process using an AWS Step Function that handles the task efficiently.
With this easy, out-of-the-box solution, we improve our SLA times significantly.
