I try to search the chicagopolice.org site by entering the rd number and I am redirected to Please try again later. I used a proxy and had the problem again. I just wanted to search the site but since I am in Turkey my IP is blocked. I also tried with a VPN and the result is the same. How can I solve this without using a paid vpn?
