Healthiness and fitness is an important part of life. Our whole health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social, emotional well-being. Our health is very important to us and we remain fit.

We should take proper care of our health to live a healthy life. Therefore we should take proper care of our healthy mindset. A healthy body and healthy mindset improve and freshen our body. With a healthy mindset, we can make the right decision at the right time.

So, We should follow this guideline for a healthy body.

-Firstly, rest the whole day for 6 to 7 hours a day.

-Secondly, Doing work carefully and smartly.

-Thirdly, Reducing stress.

-Fourthly, Connect socially with people.

-Moreover, Do not use steroids and other drugs which spoil our body very badly.

-Do exercise daily for a healthy life.

The physical way is the ability to execute daily functional activities with optimal performance. Exercise plays an important role in our human body. Doing daily exercise improves the body's strength and is good for a healthy body. Good physical condition is the ability to manage diseases and fatigue in the human body.

Well-being empowers our strength to do anything or anytime. Daily running and doing exercise provides good strength to our body.

In conclusion, Gym and running reduce the risk of so many diseases like diabetes, and cancer.

We maintain our fitness by doing exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes.

Fitness gives us a good and dashing personality.
