kevin074I have regular meetings with my immediate supervisor, which I always take the opportunity to get/give some feedback. However, I am not sure what to say with managers above my supervisor.
I don't have regular interactions with them and they don't really get involved with the work I do. I am also just Software Engineer II, so not involved with high level projects.
So I don't really know what to have a good discussion with them, but I really want to since I know it's a rare opportunity that the company structure have.
