First python code

So I'm writing this post for everyone who is new to developing including myself. I just started learning with the last few weeks, it has been a crazy and sometimes overwhelming journey so far and I'm super excited to continue. So today after going over functions and variables and returns and side effects and all this fun early on stuff I decided to do with the day to try and put it all to work and write my first code. So I decided to try something where I could absolutely test as much of it as I could think of..... so I made a Calculator. And after thinking how I wanted to do, it scratching my head a whole lot I started typing. It definitely wasn't pretty at first, and let's just say I yelled at a lot.... syntax error here, incorrect intention there, it seemed like the more I fixed the more problems were popping up. Feeling almost defeated and decided to continue. Just keep fixing one problem after the other. All until it showed my initial command." type your first number." 4 I typed. "type your second number. 3 I typed. "choose your operation." +, this time when I typed I couldn't help but hold my breath.....7.0, holy crap it worked overwhelmed with joy, after six hours of scratching my head I felt like a developer. I actually created something using just words. This is totally amazing to me. I can't wait to go create more.
