3. Write the minimum amount of code possible to solve a problem 3. Believes their worth is related to the amount of code they write.
4. Disciplined about making progress. 4. Works whenever “he is in the mood”
5. Understand the value of code reviews and pair programming 5. Get offended when someone critiques their work.
6. Married to the users’ problems 6. Married to his own solutions
7. Open to criticism 7. Run from critique.
