to UUID or not UUID

Just noticed that OCI dont use a UUID for your instance names they SIMPLY use "instance-YYYYMMDD-HHMM"

Hmmm ! but what if i used the OCI to create more than one instance in a minute ? Does anyone know what would happen ?
