Hello, I am new to programming. I have an issue with the python language. I have multiple wave files and filenames so big so I want to reduce the filename first 3 letters. My wav file name is "id10270_5r0dWxy17C800007_BGD_150204_030_CAF.CH5_snr3_fileid_1088.wav". I want to only wav file this format "id102705r0dWxy17C8_00007.wav". Please suggest and advised to me how to solved this issue.
