"Small" project migrate to framagit

FramaGit is a French alternative of github.

FramaGit is managed by FramaSoft, an organisation with legal status that guaranties freedom of users and no profit.

And, I decided to migrate my Small project to FramaGit, and it's now done.

My github repos are now abandoned and relocated to https://framagit.org/small

For the occasion, I rename prefix of the composer packages from sebk to small : https://packagist.org/users/small/packages
