During my learning journey, I relied heavily on my mobile device and found it inconvenient to fork repos without a computer. Switching to desktop mode or trying to edit a file as a workaround was cumbersome, especially for iPhone users. Thankfully, GitHub's recent update has made forking repos much simpler.

How to fork a repo on mobile

To fork a repo on GitHub using your mobile device, follow these steps:

1. Find a repo to fork: Choose any repo, like my Tech Roadmap repo.

2. Click the fork button: Located at the top left corner of the repo page. Choose where to fork the repo - to your account or an organization.
