Step 1: Go to your Azure Portal search bar and search for deploy a custom template.

Step 2: Click on create a Windows virtual machine.

Step 3: Add your resource group, username, password, location (if you want to). You can leave the other tabs as default and review and create. After deployment, you can delete your virtual machine if you want to.
