- You need a valid credit card.
- Phone number.
- Go to Sign-up page and create new account: https://portal.aws.amazon.com/billing/signup#/account
7. Recommend actions:
- Enable MFA for AWS accounts.
- Using root user for administrator tasks, otherwise using IAM user.
- Enable Billing Alarm to notify everywhen cost out of budget.
