I'm rewriting a 9+ year old web based CRUD app to update the old HTML/JS/PHP/MySQL to the newest version. I'm also adding Server-Sent Events (SSE) to the mix to improve response times.
This app is primarily aimed at Amateur Radio operators who need to document net logs for there ARES and RACES nets but its also used by over 700 groups around the country. Many use it just for there weekly check-in nets because its easy, fast, can show maps, make reports and just fun.
I'm struggling to get the SSE part working, all the components are in place, and console.logs all say things should be OK. Until that is it comes time to put a new record in the UI, then it says 'nope'!
