Who knew baking could be so...agile? 🤯 Turns out, applying the principles of iterative development to my cheesecake recipe has been a game-changer!
Instead of following a rigid recipe, I'm embracing sprints of experimentation. Each bake is a user story, with clear goals (crispy crust, creamy filling, perfect swirl) and acceptance criteria (taste test approval!).
Daily stand-ups with my taste testers (aka family) help identify impediments (too much sugar, not enough lemon) and adjustments (more lemon, less sugar) are made before the next iteration.
