It’s time to reimagine the Product Owner role and help them evolve into true Product Managers who can:

  • Define long-term product vision and strategy
  • Lead comprehensive market analysis
  • Oversee financial, legal, and compliance aspects
  • Develop strong leadership and team management skills

👉 For organizations, consider reassigning Product Owners to report within Product Management teams, where they can gain the strategic insights and mentorship they need to grow.
