Kedarkantha Trek Route Overview:
Day 1: Drive from Dehradun to Sankri (6,400 ft)

The trek begins with a scenic drive through pine forests and along the banks of the Yamuna River, ending at the quaint village of Sankri.

Day 2: Trek from Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (9,100 ft)

Your trekking adventure starts as you hike through dense forests, leading you to the serene Juda Ka Talab, a small frozen lake, where you’ll camp overnight.

Day 3: Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp (11,150 ft)

A gradual ascent through snowfields and forests brings you to the base camp, where you can catch your first glimpse of the Kedarkantha summit.

Day 4: Summit Day - Kedarkantha Base to Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 ft)

The highlight of the trek! Start early to reach the summit just in time to witness the sunrise over the snow-clad peaks of Swargarohini, Black Peak, and Bandarpoonch. After soaking in the views, you’ll descend back to base camp and after having luch trek down to Hargaon Camp for night stay in camp.

D*ay 5: Hargaon Camp to Sankri*

Hargaon Camp will be your last campsite of the trek and In the morning enjoy your breakfast and trek down to Sankri - the starting point of kedarkantha trek.

Day 6: Drive back to Dehradun from Sankir.
