I continued to optimize the platform today, particularly focusing on the database’s performance. With the increasing amount of data, it was crucial to ensure that the system remains responsive and efficient. I implemented indexing and optimized queries to improve data retrieval times. Additionally, I expanded the AI customer service’s preset responses to include more detailed answers to common questions, making the system more versatile and helpful. Today’s work was centered on maintaining the platform’s scalability and ensuring that it can handle larger volumes of data and more complex user interactions.
