Today, I focused on conducting comprehensive tests of the AI customer service system to ensure its reliability and effectiveness. I simulated various customer inquiries to assess how well the AI responds, particularly in providing product recommendations and recipe suggestions. Some issues with response accuracy were identified and addressed, leading to improvements in the AI’s performance. Additionally, I worked on optimizing the AI’s response time, ensuring that customers receive timely answers. The day was dedicated to fine-tuning the AI customer service to provide a high-quality user experience, with a focus on both accuracy and speed.
