Today, I took some time to reflect on the overall project, reviewing what worked well and what could be improved in future iterations. I documented the key successes, such as the seamless integration of the AI customer service and the effective categorization of products. I also noted areas for potential enhancement, including expanding the product range and further optimizing the AI’s response algorithms. Additionally, I began planning the next phase of development, which will focus on refining the user experience based on the feedback collected from the initial launch. The day was about setting the stage for continuous improvement.
