cd /var/tmp/.oracle
chmod 01777 /var/tmp/.oracle
chown root /var/tmp/.oracle
chgrp root /var/tmp/.oracle
- 해결방안
# root 권한으로 들어오기(su)
su
# .oracle 파일로 이동
cd /var/tmp/.oracle
# /var/tmp/.oracle 모든 소켓 지우기
lsnrctl start
